Mind Whisperer: Healing From The Small (And Big) Traumas In Our Lives

Tuesday 25 September 12.30-1.30pm – Presented by Josef Gorny.

The events in our lives, big and small, leave their mark. Often the psychological effects continue long after the event has passed. They can affect our health, our well-being, and our relationships. This seminar offers some thoughts on the physical, mental and even social aspects of the process of healing, and, more importantly, on what we can do in our everyday lives to facilitate that process.

Imposter Syndrome

Tuesday 23 October 12.30-1.30pm – Presented by Rachel Tyson.

Worrying that others will find out you aren’t as bright and capable as they think you are? Attributing your successes to luck, good timing or just because people like you? Relieved each time you succeed as you have managed to fool them again? If any of this sounds familiar, take heart as you are not alone. This seminar will uncover why it is that smart people often feel like frauds and explore strategies for tackling imposter syndrome.“If I had known, I would have been a locksmith!” Albert Einstein
