These seminars are free and available to all staff and students at the ANU, as well as the general public. All seminars are from 12.30pm to 1.30pm. Registration is not required.

Based on “The 10 Best-Ever Depression Management Techniques” by Margaret Wehrenberg. This seminar will focus on how to manage the physical, cognitive and behavioural manifestations of depression, as well as how to change the brain to think and respond in a healthy way.
Making Decisions

The process of making decisions and the experience of indecision can be extremely stressful. This seminar will cover some of the brain-science behind making decisions and some tips for making the process less painful.
The Worry Response

We all worry – it’s part of life. But how can we manage a worry response if it is causing problems? This seminar will explore current ideas and theories about worry and ways in which we might change our response. If you find that worry can get the better of you at times, or if you just want to hear the latest ideas on worry and how to manage it, this seminar will be of interest to you.
